AHIS Signing MoU with NBB “Evolve” Internship Program
Al Hekma International School Collaborates with NBB for the “Evolve” Internship Program.
Al Hekma International School is excited to announce its partnership with the National Bank of Bahrain (NBB) for the prestigious “Evolve” Internship Program. This collaboration aims to groom high-caliber students and provide them with comprehensive on-the-job and theoretical training from various departments within the bank.
The “Evolve” Internship Program, a flagship initiative by NBB, is designed to select and develop exceptional students who meet specific criteria requirements. These students will receive extensive training led by the Bank’s Training and Development team, supported by renowned training facilities such as the Bahrain Institute of Banking & Finance (BIBF), Bahrain FinTech Bay, and the Paramedics Academy.
Fostering the development of future generations into successful leaders is a primary objective of Al Hekma International School’s enduring dedication to the Kingdom and its community. The “Evolve” Program, offered by NBB, aligns perfectly with the school’s vision, showcasing the bank’s commitment to nurturing talent and making a positive impact in Bahrain.
The signing ceremony for the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between Al Hekma International School and NBB took place on Sunday, June 11, 2023. Distinguished representatives from both sides were present, including Mr. Mohanned Al Anni, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Al Hekma International School, and from NBB Mr. Mohamad Mazen Matar – Head of Talent Development, and Ahmad Bu Ali – HR Assistant Manager and Mr. Saleh Seyadi – HR Specialist.

مدرسة الحكمة الدولية تتعاون مع بنك البحرين الوطني في برنامج “إيڤولڤ” للتدريب
تعلن مدرسة الحكمة الدولية، المدرسة ذات المنهج الأمريكي الرائدة في البحرين، عن شراكتها مع بنك البحرين الوطني (NBB) في برنامج التدريب التعاوني المرموق “إيڤولڤ”. يهدف هذا التعاون إلى تطوير الطلبة ذوي الكفاءات العالية وتزويدهم بتدريب عملي ونظري شامل من مختلف الإدارات داخل البنك.
برنامج التدريب التعاوني “إيڤولڤ”، هو مبادرة رائدة من NBB، يهدف إلى اختيار وتطوير الطلبة المتميزين الذين يستوفون معايير محددة. سيحصل هؤلاء الطلبة على تدريب مكثف بقيادة فريق التدريب والتطوير في البنك، بدعم من معهد البحرين للخدمات المصرفية والمالية (BIBF)، وخليج البحرين للتكنولوجيا المالية، وأكاديمية الإسعافات الأولية.
إن تعزيز تنمية الأجيال الناشئة لتصبح قيادات ناجحة هو الهدف الأساسي للمدرسة تجاه مملكة البحرين والمجتمع. كما أن برنامج “إيڤولڤ” الذي يقدمه NBB ينسجم مع رؤية المدرسة، مما يبرز التزام البنك بتنمية المواهب وتحقيق تأثير إيجابي في البحرين.
وقد تم توقيع مذكرة التفاهم (MoU) بين مدرسة الحكمة الدولية وبنك البحرين الوطني يوم الأحد 11 يونيو 2023 بحضور السيد مهند العاني، رئيس مجلس إدارة مدرسة الحكمة الدولية، ومن بنك البحرين الوطني، السيد محمد مازن مطر، رئيس تطوير المواهب، أ/ أحمد بو علي، مساعد مدير الموارد البشرية و أ/صالح سيادي – أخصائى الموارد البشرية.
وصرح السيد مهند: “يسعدنا التعاون مع البنك البحرين الوطني في برنامج التدريب ‘إيڤولڤ’. حيث تتوافق هذا الشراكة مع هدفنا في تنمية المواهب الاستثنائية وتزويد الطلبة بالمهارات والمعرفة اللازمة لنجاحهم المستقبلي. نحن واثقون أن هذا البرنامج سيوفر فرصًا لا مثيل لها للطلبة للنمو والازدهار وتطوير المهارات العملية من خلال مزيج من التدريب العملي والمعرفة النظرية. يهدف هذا التعاون إلى تشكيل قادة لجيل المستقبل والمساهمة في التنمية الاجتماعية والاقتصادية للمملكة.
