Movement from social development to the introduction of academics occurs along an appropriate continuum geared to the needs of the kindergarten child. Our early childhood program provides an atmosphere that is stimulating, creative, and comfortable. It fosters children’s self-esteem by focusing on their individual strengths and using these as building blocks for future citizenship. Young children learn basic skills through inquiry, discovery, and direct instruction. Children at AHIS KG can grow and learn in a dynamic and safe learning environment in which each child will develop positive attitudes and pride towards self, community, culture, and learning. Our activities calendar is rich and provides children with a variety of educational and cultural events throughout the year.
