AHIS involves its students in the most advanced programs to cultivate their leadership and social skills essential to becoming active individuals in their own society as well as nurturing their bilingual communication skills and interaction with global communities. Students are involved in the Future Arab Leaders (FAL) where AHIS teaches and enhances promising students in an experiential atmosphere and prepares them for a greater understanding of their roles in democracy and the responsibilities of leadership. FAL program offers the students the chance to discuss current events and issues, investigate concepts and then put them instantaneously to work. FAL features creative decision-making simulations that challenge young minds to solve problems and lead their peers through role-playing exercises in an energy-charged environment far from the traditional classroom experience. It enhances students' global citizenship skills.
