Book Distribution
As we prepare for another enriching academic year, we’re excited to share an important update on textbook distribution. This year, we’re introducing a new approach by keeping textbooks at school. Here’s what you need to know:
- Convenient Storage: Each student’s textbooks will be safely stored in their respective cubby holes at school.
- Parents’ Orientation Day: You’ll have the chance to see the assigned textbooks during the upcoming Parents’ Orientation Day.
We believe this change creates a consistent, effective learning environment while relieving parents and students of the burden of carrying heavy books. The labeling of books will be expertly handled by our school’s personnel, ensuring every student has their own set of textbooks.
For homework or specific exercises in the textbooks, your child will receive detachable copies as needed. Teachers will ensure students have access to all required materials for homework and independent study.

Required Stationery:
KG
- 1 box of pencils
- 1 Sharpener
- 2 Erasers
- 1 big glue stick
- Coloring Pencils 1 box (KG1)
- 1 large box of playdough (PS and KG1)
- 1 small whiteboard with an eraser
- 1 set of whiteboard markers
- Extra clothes in a Ziploc bag, labeled with the name of the student.
- 2 Folders with at least 60 transparent sheet protectors.
Elementary School
- 1 envelop plastic folder for homework (preferably blue color)
- 1 envelop plastic folder (preferably green color) for Arabic
- 1 box of sharpened pencils
- 2 erasers
- 1 small glue stick (Grades 1 and 2)
- 1 ruler
- 1 sharpener with a cover
- 1 medium whiteboard, whiteboard eraser, and markers (Grades 1 and 2)
- Art Sketch Notebook with hard paper- medium size
