Al Hekma International School graduates its twenty-seven batch!
Al Hekma International School held its graduation ceremony at Sofitel Hotel on June 7,2022 in the presence of His Royal Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Ali bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, Governor of the Southern Governorate, where the graduated students completed the American high school diploma requirements despite the challenges resulting from the pandemic, giving the students and their parents a historic opportunity to celebrate this event. The graduation ceremony was held ensuring the implementation of precautionary measures.
This year’s graduation ceremony presented an inspiring image and embodied the hopes and dreams of the graduates, which culminated in the success of their journey so that the school can prove its ability to adapt and employ technology in the service of the education process and writes a new success story added to the Kingdom of Bahrain’s remarkable journey in facing challenges.
The ceremony began with the National Anthem followed by the recitation of verses from the Holly Qur’an and then the school president Professor Mona Rashid AlZayani gave a speech, welcoming the attendees & congratulating the graduates and their families on this occasion, as well as reviewing the most prominent achievements of the school stressing on the role of education in strengthening the personality of the students and their role in the society. She expressed her appreciation for the great efforts made by the school’s Board of Advisors and all the members of the administrative and educational bodies to make the school’s education a success. She pointed out that the school has been and continues to be a shining beacon for private education in the Kingdom of Bahrain for 36 years and she added that our alumni are now in leadership positions in various sectors, and some of them are still pursuing their higher education in the most prestigious universities in the world.
The graduation certificates were handed by His Royal Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Ali bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, Governor of the Southern Governorate, and the school’s Chairman Board of Directors, Mr. Mohanned Al-Anni, on behalf of Prof. Mona Al-Zayani, to join the more than 1,000 school’s graduates since its establishment in 1985.
Mr. Mohanned congratulated the graduates, praying to God Almighty to guide them in their university life to contribute to building experiences and knowledge in different fields and contributing to advancing the wheel of progress and success in the Kingdom of Bahrain, which witnessed unprecedented progress during the prosperous era of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa. Al-Anni added that thanks to the efforts and diligence of the school’s administrative, academic staff, the students and the support and encouragement of parent the school was able to obtain the highest rating of “Sufficient Response” from BQA & Exemplary Performance from Cognia. He also referred to the new high school building stressing that these achievements would not have been achieved without the keenness of the school, its management & teachers to continue striving to provide the best educational experiences for its students.
Ms. Maya Harb, the school’s principal, stressed on the importance of graduating the 2022 batch, noting that the students succeeded with their enthusiasm and perseverance in presenting many educational projects and programs that inspired us all and will remain one of our pillars in our educational journey; adding that the school will always be an educational institution that graduates generations pioneering positions in various sectors, providing local organizations with expertise and knowledge, and contributing to advancing progress in the Kingdom of Bahrain under the banner of His Majesty the King and His Highness the Crown Prince, the distinguished Prime Minister. On this occasion, she emphasized that the real wealth of the nation is its children, whose studies and excellence contribute to the advancement of the gains of this nation.
Every year, the school honors the distinguished students to highlight their academic, extracurricular achievements, and show outstanding participation and hold leadership positions while maintaining outstanding academic standards. The student Fatima Al Obaidli has won the Outstanding Model Student award for this academic year.
The valedictorian student award is offered to students who worked hard during their studies to achieve high academic performance and high cumulative rate while maintaining the ideal behavior and outstanding personal life skills, and this award was earned by Talal Nasif.
The guest of honor Mr. Mishaal Ali Al-Helou, Chairman of the Technology & Business Society and Director of Technology at Arcapita Group and a parent at AHIS who through his, personality, hard work and achievements have always contributed to the development of Bahrain and is a role model for the younger generation. Mr. Al-Helou expressed his pride in attending the graduation ceremony and congratulated the graduates pointing out that this graduation was the result of the students’ perseverance and diligence throughout the academic year and their eagerness to excel was not affected by the challenges, in addition to the keenness of the parents to standby their kids and urge them to focus on their educational achievements.
مدرسةُ الحكمةِ الدّوليّةِ تُخرّجُ فوجَها السابع والعشرين!
أقامت مدرسةُ الحكمةِ الدّوليّةُ حفل تخرّجٍ الدّفعة السابع والعشرين من طلبتها وسط احتفال باهر في فندق السوفيتيل يوم الثلاثاء الموافق 7/6/2022 بحضور سمو الشيخ خليفة بن علي بن خليفة آل خليفة محافظ المحافظة الجنوبية الشخصية الوطنية المكرمة لهذا العام لما لسموه من بصمات في مجتمع المحافظة الجنوبية ، و خطوات في مجال البذل والعطاء, حيثُ أكملَ الطّلبةُ الخرّيجون مُتطلّباتِ الحصولِ على شهادةِ دبلوما الثّانويّةِ الأمريكيّةِ خلالَ العامِ الدّراسيّ.
إنّ حفل تخرّج مدرسة الحكمة الدّوليّة لهذا العام قدّم صورةً ملهمةً وجسّد آمال الخرّيجين وأحلامهم في الوصول إلى هذه اللّحظة الّتي تكلّل نجاح مشوارهم لأعوامٍ عديدة، لتتمكّن المدرسة بذلك من إثبات قدرتها على تطويع التّكنولوجيا وتوظيفها في خدمة العمليّة التّعليميّة، وتكتب قصّة نجاح جديدة تضاف إلى مسيرة مملكة البحرين المميّزة في مواجهة التّحدّيات في ظلّ الجائحة. عَبْرَ 36 سنة من النّجاحِ والتّميّزِ، استطاعَت مدرسةُ الحكمةِ الدّوليّةُ أن تبنيَ سيرةً مميّزةً تعتمدُ على دَمجِ المفاهيمِ المتعلّقةِ بالتّكنولوجيا والعلومِ والثّقافةِ، الّتي بدورِها تَصبُّ في مصلحةِ الطّلبةِ والخرّيجين ونجاحِهم العلميّ والعَمليّ في المُستقبلِ.
بدأ الحفل بالسّلام الملكيّ وتلاوة آيات من الذكر الحكيم ثم ألقَتْ رئيسُة المدرسةِ الأستاذ الدّكتورةُ مُنى راشد الزّيّانيّ كلمةً، رحّبَت فيها بالحضورِ، وهنّأتِ الخرّيجين وذويهم بهذه المناسبةِ، وحثّتِ الدّكتورةُ الطّلبةَ الخرّيجين على ضرورةِ مُواصلةِ مَسيرتِهم العلميّةِ والعمليّةِ، مُؤكّدةً على دَورِ التّعليمِ في تعزيزِ شخصيّةِ الفردِ ودَورِه في المجتمعِ. وأعربت عن تقديرها للجهود الكبيرة التي بذلها مجلس أمناء مدرسة الحكمةِ الدّوليّةُ وأعضاء الهيئتين الإدارية والتعليمية في سبيل إنجاح مسيرة التعليم في المدرسة. وأشارت أن المدرسة ومنذ 36 عاماً كانت ولا تزال منارة مضيئة للتعليم الخاص في مملكة البحرين، مشيرة إلى أن ما يمّيز مدرسة الحكمة الدّوليّة عن غيرها هو ما توفره المدرسة من تعليم دولي مع الأخذ بالاعتبار للعادات والتقاليد الأصيلة للمجتمع البحريني والتي أصبحت جزءًا لا يتجزأ من الثقافة التعليمية بالمدرسة. مضيفةً أن طلبتنا الخريجين أصبحوا اليوم في مناصب ومراكز قيادية في شتى قطاعات التنمية في المملكة ومنهم من لا يزال يواصل دراساته العليا في أرقى الجامعات والمعاهد العلمية.
و قد تم تسليم شهادات التّخرّج من قِبل سمو الشيخ خليفة بن علي بن خليفة آل خليفة محافظ المحافظة الجنوبية ورئيس مجلس إدارة المدرسة الأستاذ مهند العاني بالنيابة عن د.منى الزياني لينضمّوا بذلك إلى ما يفوق الألف خرّيج من المدرسة منذ تأسيسها عام 1985.
تقدم أ/مهند من خلالها بالتهاني للخريجين، داعيا المولى عز وجل أن يوفقهم في حياتهم الجامعية ليسهموا في بناء الخبرات والمعارف في المجالات المختلفة وفي دفع عجلة التقدم والنجاح في مملكة البحرين التي شهدت تقدما غير مسبوق في العهد الزاهر لحضرة صاحب الجلالة الملك حمد بن عيسى آل خليفة عاهل البلاد المعظم. وأضاف العاني أنه بفضل الله تعالى وجهد وحرص الهيئة الإدارية والأكاديمية في المدرسة، واجتهاد الطلبة ودعم وتشجيع أولياء الأمور، تمكّنت المدرسة من الحصول على تصنيف “إستجابة مناسبة” في مراجعات هيئة جودة التعليم والتدريب وذلك لتحقيقها مستوى الفاعلية الأعلى في الممارسات المدرسية ونتيجة قياسية في التقييم من هيئة Cognia الأمريكية.
كما أشار إلى المباني الجديدة التي أنشأتها المدرسة لقسم الثانوي داعيا الله العلي القدير تجاوز الأزمة التي فرضتها جائحة كورونا, مؤكدا أن هذه الإنجازات وغيرها ما كانت لتتحقق لولا حرص المدرسة بإدارتها ومعلميها ومجلس أمنائها على الاستمرار في السعي إلى توفير أفضل الخبرات التربوية لطلبتها.
ومن جهتها، أكدت السيدة مايا حرب مديرة مدرسة الحكمة الدّوليّة في كلمتها على أهمية تخرج فوج 2022 مشيرةً أن المدرسة ستظل دائماً مؤسسة تربوية تخرّج أجيالا يتبوأون مناصب ريادية في مختلف القطاعات ويرفدون المؤسسات المحلية بالخبرات والمعارف ويسهمون في دفع عجلة التقدم في مملكة البحرين تحت راية صاحب الجلالة ملك البلاد المعظم وسمو ولي العهد رئيس مجلس الوزراء الموقر. وبهذه المناسبة، أكدت أن الثروة الحقيقية للوطن هي أبناؤه الذين بدراستهم وتفوقهم يسهمون في الارتقاء بمكتسبات هذا الوطن، وشجعت الطلبة الخريجين على اختيار التخصصات التي تستميل اهتماماتهم وميولهم في مجالات الدراسة العديدة التي توفرها مؤسسات التعليم العالي، فالتميز والإبداع هما حصيلة جهد الفرد ذاته بغضّ النظر عن مجال التخصص الذي يختاره.
وقد دأبت مدرسة الحكمة الدولية كل عام على تكريم الطالب المتميز والغرض من التكريم هو تسليط الضوء على الإنجازات الأكاديمية واللامنهجية في جميع المجالات، وهو يعزز التعلم العملي والتجريبي من خلال الأنشطة التجارية والعالمية والعلمية ويتم ترشيح الطلبة الذين يظهرون مشاركة مميزة في مثل هذه الأنشطة ويتولون مناصب قيادية مع الحفاظ على المعايير الأكاديمية المتميزة وقد حاز الطالب طلال وليد ناصيف على هذه الجائزة لهذا العام الدراسي .
والجائزة الثانية هي للطالب المتفوق وتتم من خلال ترشيح الطلبة الذين عملوا بجد واجتهاد خلال دراستهم لتحقيق أداء أكاديمي عالٍ ومعدل تراكمي مع الحفاظ على السلوك المثالي ومهارات الحياة الشخصية المتميزة، وقد استحقت هذه الجائزة لهذا العام الدراسي الطالبة فاطمة عمر العبيدلي.
وقد كان الضيف المتحدث السيد مشعل علي الحلو ، رئيس مجلس إدارة جمعية التكنولوجيا والأعمال. و هو نموذج يحتذى به لجيل الشباب لما قدمه من اعمال وانجازات في تطوير مملكة البحرين. وعبر الأستاذ الحلو عن فخره بحضور حفل التخرج وهنأ الخريجين ، مشيراً إلى أن هذا التخرج جاء نتيجة مثابرة الطلبة واجتهادهم طوال العام الدراسي ، إضافة إلى ذلك حرص أولياء الأمور ومدرسة الحكمة على اعداد أبنائهم وحثهم على التركيز على إنجازاتهم التعليمية.
